Noah Levine Guided Mindfulness Meditation

One of the core teaching of the buddha is that mindfulness practice is much more than just sitting. We’re trying to develop wisdom. One of the aspects of the mindfulness, is a quality of interest, a quality of investigation, of actually using the mind to begin to think about, “What’s happening? What am I feeling right now? Is my breath is coming in and going out?” We actually are engaging a quality of intentional investigation or interest into the present time experience of the body.

In this guided meditation, Noah Levine will walk you through a 30-minute Buddhist mindfulness meditation, which includes a walking practice.
