March 13, 2020, Reflections on social distancing as a mindfulness practice, and as an opportunity to give ourselves the kind of attention that we’re so often seeking outside of ourselves & reflections on “letting go”. I am always repeating the Buddhist teaching of “letting go”. As the Buddhist teaches Ajahn Chah said, “maybe all of the Dharma is as simple as letting go”. The rapid change in plans and expectations that so many of us are going through, these plans and expectations we have, are changing. This is what the dharma teaches us: everything is impermanent, everything changes, and how do we relate to it?
